WHEREAS, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws duly signed and acknowledged for the organization of the

MEADOWOOD EXECUTIVE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

Under and in accordance with the provisions of the Corporation Code of the Philippines, Batas Pambansa Blg. 68, approved on May 1, 1980, in relation to Executive Order No. 535 dated May 3, 1979, were presented for filing in this Office on October 15, 1990
and copy of said Articles and By-Laws are hereto attached;

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers and duties vested in me by law, I do hereby certify that the said Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws were, after due examination to determine whether they are in accordance with law, duly registered in this Office on the 20th day of November, Anno Domini Nineteen Hundred and ninety.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age, Filipino Citizen and residents of the Philippines have this day voluntarily agreed to form a non-stock, non-profit corporation under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY:

FIRST: That the name of the said association shall be:

MEADOWOOD EXECUTIVE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

SECOND: That the purpose or purposes for which such corporation is incorporated are:

1. To make proper representations with the government agencies and private
corporations as a united group in securing whatever action necessary for the common good of all members;

2. To strengthen the spirit of unity and cooperation among its members in adopting measures necessary for the protection and safeguard of the homeowners, their properties, and the community;

3. To develop and improve the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of its homeowners through civic, social and cultural activities;

4. To ensure discipline for a peaceful and clean environment through social consciousness in accordance with the laws and our government’s programs.

of Bacoor,, Cavite, Philippines.

FOURTH: That the term for which the said association is to exist is 50 years from and after the date of incorporation.
